Your luggage is guaranteed to the original user against manufacture defects as stated with documentation that came with your luggage. Please note the warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear & tear, or damage due to abuse handling. If a warranty claim is valid, it is the option of London Fog to repair or replace the damaged luggage with the same or similar product at its discretion.
It is the responsibility of the user of the luggage damaged by a public carrier to file a claim with the carrier concerned at the time of damage.
